Cane for ceilings being delivered, is stripped, fumigated, trimmed to fit, nailed individually to rafters/beams, and then varnished in traditional fashion. Zinc sheeting painted with anti-corrosive paint then oges on top, then roof tiles on top of the zinc. Two months to redo the entire house roof with about 10 workers on hand.

Back wall. Employee room, laundry, small garden and Blue Bedroom were new construction at the back wall, and the mirador (covered upper patio with enrance to the Secret Garden on second level). Pool would be in center and to the left.
